Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 5 October 2026

These terms describe the permitted use of Water Lab, published under the BynarySpace name. They apply to the current free browser version.

Playing and sharing

You may play Water Lab free of charge for personal use and non-commercial educational use. You may share links to the game. Playing does not transfer ownership of the game to you.

Copyright and permitted use

© 2026 BynarySpace. All rights reserved. Except for the uses permitted above, applicable legal exceptions, or permission from the relevant rights holder, you may not sell, republish, or commercially redistribute protected parts of this game. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licences. This notice does not claim exclusive rights over the water-jar puzzle idea or mathematical rules.

Fair use of the website

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access to its hosting systems, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Saved progress and third-party services

The game stores your selected level and completed levels in your browser's local storage. This progress is not synced between devices and may be lost if you clear browser data. The current game code does not include accounts, payments, or gameplay analytics. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the hosting provider receives network requests needed to deliver the site. Any additional analytics enabled by the publisher require separate, accurate privacy information.

Limited liability and responsible use

Water Lab is a recreational educational puzzle, not professional advice, a formal assessment, or a promise of a particular learning outcome. Use at your own risk.

Availability and warranty

The current free game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or permanent retention of locally saved progress. Browser settings, clearing browser data, or device changes may remove your progress.

Future paid versions and changes

No purchase or subscription is required for this version. Any future paid offer will need its own clear price, purchase terms, and applicable consumer information before purchase. Changes to these terms will be published here with an updated date.
